JC Fitness is a 12 week training programme, starting 7th May 2022. The 12 week programme will be split into separate 6 week blocks, targeting all ability levels and training experience. Physical results can be noticed in as early as 4 weeks and visible changes in 6 weeks. Our outdoor fitness training sessions are delivered by well-trained and qualified personal trainers, which will support you in achieving your own personal fitness goals amid a social, vibrant and an engaging atmosphere. Sessions include full body compound exercises, low impact movements, resistance training, flexibility and mobility exercises, all aimed at improving posture and a range of movement.
