JC Family Fitness
JC Fitness is a 6 week training programme, returning Saturday 1st July 2023. Our outdoor fitness training sessions are delivered by well-trained and qualified personal trainers, which will support you in achieving your own personal fitness goals amid a social, vibrant and an engaging atmosphere. Sessions include full body compound exercises, low impact movements, resistance training, flexibility and mobility exercises, all aimed at improving posture and a range of movement.
